Payment & Refund Policy
All transactions for purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, online content and online courses are made through payment gateways such as PayPal that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.
Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on www.jaqcjewellery.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.
JAQC Jewellery Academy reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.
Delivery of Goods and Services
If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy for classroom-based courses
Please note: We regret that we cannot offer refunds or transfers on any of our classes.
1.If you cancel a class
- If for any reason you need to cancel a course then we regret that no refund can be issued. We operate our courses based on the number of students booked in and would not be able to offer such a high quality and professional service if we offered refunds and transfers.
- If you fail to attend a course for any reason, no refund will be given and no transfer request will be accepted.
2. If we cancel a class
In the unlikely event that we cancel a class, we offer a full refund or an alternative date. We will give you as much notice as possible. However, we cannot be responsible for pre-booked travel and accommodation arrangements.
Please understand that our classes are intense and that we will cover a lot of content. Hence, it is important to arrive on time when the course starts and return on time when the course resumes after a break.
The tutor will not be liable for any information you might have missed. The tutor will not repeat any content.

Payment & Refund Policy
You have the right to cancel this contract without giving reasons within a fourteen-day cancellation period if the product has not been posted yet. The cancellation period has expired as soon as the product has been posted.

You can – but are not required to – use the cancellation form template appended to this cancellation policy. You will be deemed to have complied with the aforementioned cancellation period if your email notifying us of the use of your right of cancellation was sent prior to the expiry of the cancellation period.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract we are required to pay back all payments we have received from you without delay and within a maximum period of fourteen days from the date on which we receive your correspondence notifying us of your cancellation of this contract. Repayment occurs using the same payment type you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed with you; you will not be charged any fees in connection with repayment.

Exclusion and premature expiry of the right of cancellation

The right of cancellation expires prematurely if we only commence the performance of the contract after you grant your express consent and thus confirm your awareness of the fact that you lose your right of cancellation upon such time as we commence the performance of the contract. We point out that we are entitled to make the aforementioned consent and confirmation a prerequisite for the conclusion of the contract.
