Please note that due to new U.S. customs regulations, we are temporarily unable to send commercial goods (including books) via standard postal mail. If you’re in the US and interested in our books, the downloadable PDF version is is readily available and the best option at the moment.
We are presently shipping from our location in Germany.
While our primary shipping location is Germany, there may be times where orders are dispatched from the UK.
If orders are shipped from the UK, this will be explicitly stated on our shop, shipping page, and product information pages.
We do not sell or ship to certain countries. If a product is not available in your country, please get in touch.

In addition to the product prices indicated we also charge flat-rate shipping costs for delivery.
Shipping costs are communicated to you during the shopping process and reconfirmed on the order page.
No shipping costs are incurred in connection with digital content (e.g. e-books, courses, etc.).
Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate and are inclusive of statutory value-added tax (VAT).

The fact that the amount of VAT included in shipping costs is calculated on the basis of the goods purchased means that it may decrease if the goods purchased are subject to a lower rate of VAT (e.g. books). This, in turn, means that definitive shipping costs can only be calculated during the order process. As it is not permitted for them to increase they will only be adjusted to your benefit (i.e. reduced).
Delivery will be made to your shipping address. For security reasons all orders have a tracking number which will be sent to you by email.
Please state a delivery address where you will be present at the time of delivery (home or work). Please make sure you provide the correct and complete shipping address.
We cannot be held responsible for lost or returned orders due to a wrong shipping address.

We are usually shipping with DHL (tracked) from Germany. Depending on your shipping destination, import sales tax might be applicable.
Any bank charges and customs duties have to be covered by the customer.
